The researcher hypothesizes that the new media is of extreme benefit to businesses and for that matter customer relationship management. In this direction, it is extremely important that all efforts be put in place to ensure that the new media grows and advances.
This question shall look at two major issues when it comes to the future of the new media. First, the question shall investigate ways by which business operators can improve their own access to the new media and how they benefit from it.
For instance if through the new media a particular organization reaches 1000 customers in a month, ways of increasing this number shall be explored. Secondly, the question shall be committed to exploring what the future holds for the new media in terms of technological advancement.
